Regional Winter Championships

Alex Keegan was our only swimmer who qualified from the club for this year's championships although Holly Barden, Lily Anna Ireland, Libby Manning and Emily Morris qualified but swam for City of Liverpool.

Alex had been in Llandudno all week and had work hard so it was no surprise that he swam a personal best time of 2:19.79 in the 200m Butterly finishing in 9th place just outside a final place (top 8). Unfortunately though Alex wasn't able to achieve personal best times in the 50m and 100m Butterfly swimming just outside his times but he wasn't too disappointed as his main aim was to achieve a pb in the 200m.
