Llandudno Day 4

The day started with usual morning session which was a number 1 session for the swimmers, apart from lane 4. Top lane is now on a metreage of 16400.

After the session the swimmers were complaining of been absolutely exhausted so after we decided to give the team captains 3 options they have to have a chat with their team on what they wanted to do .. the overall consensus was a nap, walk up to the toboggan (weather permitting) and back down for a few one bounce games.

Unfortunately when we got to the toboggan they were not running due to the wet weather, so plan b of a drink from the cafe worked instead, we headed back down for Ben Shiels to take the final win of this year's one bounce.

Back to the pool for the afternoon for the fun gala, which was a game changer to the team points.

The night was finished with the quiz ! Quiz Master Lois organised an excellent quiz and team Phil took the win with team Mike in 2nd and 3rd team Rachael.

The swimmers had been set a challenge to make a video of the week in their teams so they spent the rest of the night editing these and sending them in, playing their last few games of cards and headed to bed in preparation for their mentally challenging final set.
