THE FOLLOWING LETTER WAS RECEIVED TODAY16th March 2020Dear tenant,RE: Cancellation of tenanciesI write to inform you that from 9pm on Friday 20th March 2020 we will be cancelling all tenancies across our school until further notice.I’m sure you will all fully understand why we are having to take these measures as the world continues to manage the outbreak of Coronavirus. Although English schools have not yet been forced to close by Government, we are taking advance precautions to best protect our staff and pupils during these challenging and uncertain times.This is not a decision we have taken lightly and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause for your business. As soon as we are in a position to reactivate your tenancies, we will.For those of you who have paid in advance for tenancies (and are therefore in credit), we are recommending holding these balances for when tenancies recommence. Should you have any issues with this and require an immediate refund then please get in touch with our finance team at finance@calderstones.co.uk or 0151 724 2087.Once again, apologies for any issues this may create you in the short term.
